Pistons and piston rods manufactured and supplied by Kisaan Die Tech are heat-treated to the specifications so as to meet every single customer’s mechanical properties. We are experienced in manufacturing pistons from all materials used in the industry. Fully machined pistons are available in all steel grades. Fabricated pistons are available at Kisaan Die Tech in a wide variety of sizes and metals.

Pistons manufactured by us meet OEM specifications and are readily available for most industrial demands. Only the uppermost quality, mill-certified base stocks consistent with your use and service are used in our manufacturing processes. Each sample is cross-sectioned and carefully examined and after the production each piece is checked and double-checked for porosity, weight and dimensional accuracy, ring groove depth to assure safe, reliable and balanced performance for a ling time. Piston rods manufactured here are more readily available than most supplied by OEMs.
