TOOL ROOM

We have our own in-house Tool Room equipped with Universal Milling Machines, Hydraulic Shapers , Copy Lathe, Grinding Machines, Radial drills, Short Blasting Machine ,Centre Lathes and PlanoMillers in order to make Profile Dies for Close Die Forgings as well as Open Die Forgings.

The Dies are made from Die Steel (DB-6) and other Special Alloy Steels which improves yield per Die, Die life improvement and less Die Cost per ton. .Besides this our team of Engineers and skilled Die Makers are continously striving to achieve reduction in setup time and better Contingency planning.
